Wycliffe Golf and Country Club is a luxury 600+ acre community featuring up
to 1,200 residences, equisite clubhouse, 18-hole
championship golf course, tennis and much more!
The Developer of Wycliffe Golf & Country Club is Kenco Communities I, Inc., a
team of professionals headed by Kenneth M. Endelson and Richard Finkeistein.
Kenco Communities I, Inc. has been responsible for the creation of homes and communities
of superb value and lasting beauty at several of the area’s most prestigious addresses -
Boca Grove, Boca Pointe, Polo Club of Boca Raton, St. Andrews, Boca Woods, Bocaire,
Shores at Boca Raton, and The Addison Reserve.
Wycliffe offers a wide variety of golf villas, single family homes, and custom estate
homes from $300's to over $700's.
The award-winning Clubhouse featuring Formal and Informal Dining Rooms, Party facilities,
Piano Lounge, Locker Rooms, separate Mens’ and Ladies’ card rooms, Saunas and Steam Rooms, Heated Pool, Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Cabana Club,
Sun Deck and Golf & Tennis Pro Shops.
There is a one-time payment for the purchase of a Platinum, Gold or Silver Equity Membership.
A limited number of memberships are available in each of the categories, and thereafter there
are annual dues which amount varies by category.
Two 18-hole championship courses - one par 12 and one par 70- designed by Bruce Devlin and Karl Litten.
The East Course hosted the LPGA Classics. A Golf Learning Center and private cart privileges are available.
Wycliffe’s East and West courses are destined to be the stuff of which legends are made. Wycliffe’s
thirty-six holes are infused with strong character and unique movement. The East Course winds through
lush vistas and lakes for over 7000 challenging yards on its way to a championship par 72.
Complete Tennis Center for day and evening play. Featuring 16 Har-tru clay surface courts,
Tenths Leagues, Viewing Pavilion, and a Tenths Pro Shop.
A full-time staff oversees a wide range of both group and personal fitness programs and state-of-the-art
equipment and aerobics studio, as well as personal services (massage and facial).
