The Clubhouse
The elevated, approximately 43,000 gross square foot Clubhouse offers numerous amenities in
Old Palm's quest to provide the ultimate golf experience. The Clubhouse serves as the
focal point of of Old Palm Golf Club and as a haven for relaxation, enjoyment and indulgence.
On both the main and top levels, rooms flow into one another while artfully-landscaped
courtyards and patios terrace down to the event lawn. Outdoors, elaborate water fountains
cascade on the backside of the club between the 9th and 18th holes, just one of many visually
stunning features of Old Palm. Back inside the Clubhouse, a consierge service will provide
members with personal attention while transportation to and from the Club will be available by limousine service.
Members and their personal guests will truly enjoy the Clubhouse as a second home. The Living Room
and multiple seating areas provide plush, deep furniture beckoning members to relax in ultimate comfort.
Both the men's and the ladies' locker rooms include exquisite private lounges and offer spa treatment
suites, media centers and full bars.
In addition to the formal dining room with maitre d' service and world-class gourmet cuisine,
Palm Court will offer a more casual dining atmosphere. A unique Grille Room will feature a more
family-oriented theme with an open exhibition cooking area where master chefs will display their talents.
The Casitas
Members' personal guests are invited to enjoy the luxury and privacy of the individual Club
Casitas adjacent to the Clubhouse. Guests staying in the Casitas will have all the convieniences
and features of a high-end hotel suite, including living room sitting area, private bathroom,
fireplace, breakfast nook, private patio courtyard, Internet access, and housekeeping service.
Guests will have limited access to the golf course, formal and casual dining rooms and restaurants,
Grille Room and bar & lounge in the Clubhouse. In keeping with Mizner and "Golden Age" inspired
styles of the residences and Clubhouse, the Casitas will be exquisitely decorated and furnished.
The Golf Studio
Old Palm is born out of a deep love and respect for the game, a shared passion for excellence and a desire to play under the finest possible conditions. To complete that experience, 33 acres have been dedicated to a private Golf Studio which features unrivaled practice and training conditions, facilities and services, including three practice holes (a par3, Par 4 and Par 5), a wide doubled-ended practice range, including numerous target greens and bunkers and several short game areas and putting greens.
Because the three practice holes are modeled after actual Old Palm course holes, many shots found on the course can be practiced here at the Golf Studio, which also features state-of-the-art instructional technology an V1 video equipment for total swing analysis and game improvement. A team of world-class PGA professionals, led by Director of Golf Bruce Zabrinski (five-time, PGA Professional Player of the Year national award winner) are dedicated to improving memebers' personal games, individual skills and overall enjoyment of the game.
Clubhouse Architect
Internationally prominent Zmistowski Design Group, LLC of Boulder, Colorado, specializes in designing upscale private golf clubhouses. A Palm Beach County native and a member of the National Golf Foundation, Bill Zmistowski, has crafted a spectacular Clubhouse elevated 35 feet to capitalize on the dramatc water features to the finishing 9th and 18th holes. His award-winning firm has created clubhouses for The Estancia Club and DC Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona; The Country Club at Castle Pines, in Castle Rock, Colorado; and Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California among many other prominent projects across the U.S. and internationally.
