Wellington Aero Club
The Wellington Aero Club is a unique private airport community that has 248 homesites of approximately
one acre each located in the heart of Palm Beach County. Eighty-one homes have been built so far,
ranging from two hundred thirty thousand to well over a million dollars surround a 4000 foot
lighted grass runway.
A homeowner’s association oversees the deed restrictions, architectural guidelines and maintenance of the grounds. A Club house. centrally located on Take-off Place, with TV, pool table, kitchen and game room can either be reserved for special occasions or use as often as you like.
One of the things that makes the Aero Club unique is that it is not located in the middle of no-where land, but is an integrated part of the design of the Village of Wellington.
