The Wellington Real Estate market reports show that the market declined 3% from Jan 2011 thru June 2011. Could this mean the Wellington Real Estate market is at the bottom? Some say we are not even close. Others say The Wellington Real Estate market is heating up. What are your thought’s are we at the bottom, not close or out?

Wow today in Wellington Real Estatewas crazy!! I had this couple that keep making bids on homes in Wellington and could not get one well today we saw a
home in Wellington and with in one hour on the market there where 9 showings!!. Well we bid 2500
Dollars on this home in Wellington. The Wellington Real Estate market is getting so hot.
It's so hard to belive how the Wellington Real Estate market is moving.

Boy I spoke to 38 Wellington reseidents today.
A few had some real estateneeds.It was nice to help some poeple in Wellington. It's kind of funny how most people are very nice even when thy don't have a real estateneed. I know this is why we moved to Wellington. I look forward to helping the people of Wellingtonwith their real estate need evry day.

the Wellington market is a good market. Not as hot as some other areas. The average home sell in 30 days in the Wellington market. This a very exciting place to be. Their are so many unknowns that can happen in the area. I just hope the
city of Wellington does'nt grow into a Coral Springs.

After years of trying, a determined group of Wellington residents succeeded in a referendum vote taken in November 1995. The Village of Wellington was officially born on December 31, 1995 (to qualify for certain Florida State funds it was necessary that the Village be chartered in 1995 or millions of dollars in state funds would have been lost). Official operations commenced on March 28, 1996.
